Workforce strategy consultations: Assessment of the organization's needs and development of a mental health strategy to support the entire workforce. Workshops and training: Education for managers and employees on topics such as stress management, preventing burnout, conflict resolution, mental health first aid, and, mental health diagnostic symptoms overview, CSEC, reducing stigm, etc. Crisis assistance: Support for organizations responding to traumatic incidents or workplace violence. Organizational development: Assessment of mental health support systems and advisement on best practices to create a more supportive workplace environment.
