Service Description

Therapy for commercially sexually exploited children (CSEC) is a specialized, trauma-informed approach that addresses the unique and complex needs of child trafficking survivors. It is not a single therapy but an integrated framework incorporating several evidence-based treatments adapted for CSEC. Varying evidence-based interventions used in CSEC therapy include TFCBT, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Play via individual, group and/or family therapy.
